ROSÉ ANTIQUE

Champagne Gaudinat-Boivin Leuvrigny

Intense and velvety

Depending on the year and quality of the harvest, we produce this Rosé from marc ("pomace") extraction or saignée (bled rosé) process after a 24-to-36-hour maceration. The old vines (60 years old) used for Rosé give this instense pink colour and its persistent foam, red and black fruits aromas (blackberry) and powerful mouth with a straight attack and spicy final.

In the Champagne area

on the way to the Vallée de la Marne (Marne Valley)

Not far from Dormans, a stone's throw from the famous vineyards of Epernay, clinging to the hillside, is Festigny, a village in the Champagne “Vallée de la Marne” appellation, cradle of our family House. Since 1750, Festigny has witnessed our history and our winemaking know-how, generation after generation.
Welcome to our home, where each bubble tells the authenticity of this story that binds us.
